At Waterfall Financial Planning & Coaching, we are committed to delivering professional and reliable financial services. Please review our refund policy carefully before booking a service.
Deposits
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Plan Packages (3, 6, or 12-Month Plans)
- Refunds are not available for services already rendered.
- Clients who wish to cancel a subscription plan must provide 30 days’ written notice.
- Partial refunds for unused months may be granted at our discretion if the cancellation request meets the notice period and no services were delivered during that time.
One-Time Services (Budget Planning, Debt Management, Tax Preparation)
- Refunds will only be issued if the appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.
- No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Workshops, Courses, or Online Programs
- Payments for workshops or digital resources are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. Refund exceptions may be considered in cases of illness, family emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the client’s control. Requests must be submitted in writing to waterfallfinancials@gmail.com.
