Please review our refund policy carefully before booking a service.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Deposits<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">All deposits are non-refundable.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Deposits may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if at least 24 hours\u2019 notice is provided.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Plan Packages (3, 6, or 12-Month Plans)<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Refunds are not available for services already rendered.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Clients who wish to cancel a subscription plan must provide 30 days\u2019 written notice.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Partial refunds for unused months may be granted at our discretion if the cancellation request meets the notice period and no services were delivered during that time.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">One-Time Services\u00a0(Budget Planning, Debt Management, Tax Preparation)<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Refunds will only be issued if the appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours\u2019 notice before the scheduled time.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours\u2019 notice.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Workshops, Courses, or Online Programs<\/span><\/strong><\/p><ul><li class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Payments for workshops or digital resources are non-refundable once access has been granted.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><strong><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Exceptional Circumstances<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">We understand that emergencies happen. Refund exceptions may be considered in cases of illness, family emergencies, or other circumstances beyond the client\u2019s control.
